Partners WEP Industry Advisory Board. The WEP Industry Advisory Board (IAB) consists of up to thirty industry supporters of women in engineering and technology.

The Disability Resource Center provides information and support services to Cal Poly students with permanent and temporary disabilities. Louis Stokes for Alliance in Minority Participation (LSAMP) The LSAMP Program is designed to support undergraduate students who face or have faced social, educational and/or economic barriers to careers in. The Executive Partners Program of the Orfalea College of Business is an organization of Senior Executives and College Administrators who volunteer their time to share their business experience and expertise. The program was developed to utilize the executive and entrepreneurial talent in the San Luis Obispo area to benefit Cal Poly students.

Campus Wellbeing offers education and programming for student, staff and faculty to engage in the various elements of wellbeing for their personal and professional development. As we continue to grow our program offerings, we encourage individuals to check out our student, staff & faculty resource page. There are many programs available to students, staff and faculty through our campus partners.

CashCourse is a free online financial education resource designed specifically for colleges and universities. Through CashCourse, students, staff and faculty may learn about financial tips and complete the online workshops on different financial topics.

Registration for CashCourse: Visit www.cashcourse.org and register under the “Students” section. When registering, select Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo as your school and use your Cal Poly Email. After registering, you can go to the 'Assignments' tab and select a faculty member/staff who will assign courses.

We know how important adequate nutrition is to your success in the classroom. We also know how stressful it can be to work, pay for rent, tuition, and books- and still have trouble covering all of your expenses.You’re not alone.
If you could use some extra money for food, consider signing up for CalFresh, a free nutrition assistance program that can help with some of your grocery expenses. The average CalFresh student recipient receives $154/month for fresh foods at grocery stores or farmers’ markets. It’s like financial aid for food.
Please drop by anytime on Mondays from 10 AM-4 PM or Fridays from 1 PM- 4 PM (lower level of Health Center) to learn more and find out if you may be eligible. No appointment needed! We can help you through the entire application process and provide supporting resources.

The Department of Kinesiology, in collaboration with Campus Health & Wellbeing, is offering free fitness classes to staff, faculty, and community members. All fitness levels are welcome! We recommend participants wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork needed, or come with the following documents completed. Participants will only need to fill out paperwork once per quarter.

The Wellbeing Collaborative is made up of campus and community partners who contribute to research, initiatives and efforts that benefit Campus Wellbeing. All students, staff, faculty and community partners are welcome to join the Wellbeing Collaborative.

Meetings occur on a quarterly basis and provide an opportunity for participants to network, collaborate, learn about campus & community efforts and discuss future needs. We welcome open discussion and support a safe inclusive environment.

Cal Poly Partners Program

Wellbeing offers a co-curricular internship for students who qualify for internship credit through their degree program at Cal Poly. Wellbeing Interns assist in research, developing programming and gain skills and knowledge about practical application of theories and research.

Wellbeing Interns:

  • Gain experience in a health related field.
  • Build and develop wellbeing programs at Cal Poly.
  • Work on research and programs related to the wellbeing of students, staff and faculty.
  • Help create outreach messages, programs and fun events that will engage the campus community.
  • Develop health communication materials through social media, the wellbeing blog, website, fliers, and posters.

All majors are encouraged to participate.
