We have a Maytag refrigerator model #MTB1956GEW. Every 8 to 9 hrs. There is a loud knocking, banging or clicking noise that has become louder over the years. It seems to be associated with the defrost. If the noise emanates from there,it is the defrost timer making noise. Take a Kid fishing.
