Unfortunately Certificate Installer Has Stopped Working

'Unfortunately Application Installer has stopped working' I was facing this problem few hours back. I had this problem after failing setting up lollipop custom ROM on my device. It was seeming to be a freaking problem as I could not find out any specific solution searching the net over hours. But finally I found. This post was edited by shutterpurple at 10:39, Feb-01-2016 Hi everyone, 'Unfortunately, Settings has stopped.' - That is the message that keeps popping up and asking me to hit OK over and over.

To connect to a WPA-Enterprise wireless network (802.1x) you must supply a root certificate.
This utility helps you to easily install root certificates: just copy them in 'my_certificates' folder on your (internal) sd card and run the utility.
When you'll add a new WPA-Enterprise network from wireless setting menu, you'll find them 'ready to go' ;-)
Your certificates should be in PEM-encoded x509 certificate-file format; other formats could work too, but they are not officially supported.
The application needs INTERNET permission because it uses a local web server to make browser download certificates.
ATTENTION! I'll not take any responsibility for any problems or damages or side effect you may experience using this application: run it at your risk!

Unfortunately Certificate Installer Has Stopped Working On Mac

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.4.2. I am trying to install a WPA certificate at my university. I've used this for the past several months, but I've found occasionally it needs to be reinstalled.

When I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall, I've received the following error in the 'install from phone storage' section. I tap the certificate to install, then the app crashes with the message 'Unfortunately, Certificate Installer has stopped.'.

Is there any way to fix this short of wiping the phone?

Thanks!
