Maha Shivratri 2018 Celebration
Maha Shivratri can be celebrated in various forms depending on the perspective. People all over the country head to Shiva temples or go on a pilgrimage to Jyotirlingams. Some celebrate it as the day to observe stillness by chanting of Shiva mantra ‘Om Namah Shivaya’, praying to Lord Shiva, keeping fast, practising yoga, meditation and self-restraint.
